Basic Degree Structure

  • Three year degrees involve 24 units:
  • Foundational Old Testament (2)
  • Foundational New Testament (2)
  • Biblical Language (2)*
  • Biblical Exegesis (4)**
  • Theology (4)
  • Church History (2)
  • Introduction to Personal Evangelism (0.5)
  • Ministry Foundations (0.5)
  • Ministry in Culturally Diverse Contexts OR Gospel, Church and Australian Culture (1)

Students take a further six units of their choice, provided they meet the requirements of their course

* from 2015 BMin students aren’t required to take any language units
** BTh students must take a total of six exegesis units
