Our undergraduate degree courses are excellent preparation for your ministry in a wide range of fields including ordination, youth work, children’s work, pastoral care, evangelism, church planting, AFES work, university and school chaplaincy, and mission work overseas. They provide three years’ training in the Bible, theology, church history, ethics, and practical ministry.
All undergraduate courses can be completed either full-time or part-time, on-campus or online. Subjects are taught at level 5-7.
Ministry courses provide a solid biblical and theological foundation for Christian ministry with an emphasis on applied ministry skills and practice. Depending on your subject choices you will be qualified to teach, preach and provide leadership in ministry and pastoral care. Ministry degrees do not require the study of biblical languages (Greek and/or Hebrew).
Theology courses provide a solid biblical and theological foundation for Christian ministry with an emphasis on theology and the Bible. Graduates will be equipped to play an important role in the life of the church through teaching and preaching as well as participating in wider debates in the church and society.
Courses can be combined to obtain a double degree in Ministry and Theology.
