Course Description
This two-year degree gives you opportunities to engage in foundational studies and to develop these further with advanced subjects in theology, church history and ministry skills. The award is suitable for people who are preparing for ministry, but who do not need the biblical depth or advanced ministry skills of a three-year degree.

Admission Requirements
  • ATAR: Completion of Year 12 with an ATAR of 65 or above; OR
  • Previous Qualifications: Successful completion of a qualification at AQF Level 5
    or above; OR
  • Demonstrate Academic Suitability for Course: Successful completion of the Ridley Bridging Program or interview.
  • Language Qualifications for NESB: IELTS 6.5 overall with minimum of 6.0 in each subtest OR 10 years in Australia with English being the language primarily spoken both at home and work.

The Associate Degree of Ministry has 16 subjects in total, each worth 12 credit points. There are eight core subjects (96 credit points), four Ministry and Practice Electives (48 credit points), and four electives from any field of study (48 credit points).
