MMin | MDiv
The Master of Divinity gives you the best possible preparation if you want to preach and teach the bible, lead a ministry, evangelise, plant a church, and take part in the wider debates in the church or society. It offers you academic rigour, theological depth and a wide range of options for developing your ministry skills.
Students build a broad framework in their first year, and then develop depth, critical thinking skills and key principals and tools for interpreting the Bible and developing their theological thinking. Bible, history, theology and ministry are all covered, although there is an emphasis on bible and theology.
The course includes the essential research principles and methods as preparation for higher degrees in Theology and Ministry.
The Master of Ministry is similar, offering the same rigorous training, but with an emphasis on ministry, and no requirement to take biblical languages.
Both of these courses can be combined with the Graduate Diploma of Divinity to create a four-year program.
