Course Description
The Graduate Certificate of Divinity is a great introduction to the Bible, theology and ministry for those who already hold a bachelor level degree in any discipline. The Graduate Certificate of Divinity is the first half of the Graduate Diploma of Divinity.

Graduates will be equipped to serve in their churches and communities with a more informed approach to ministry. These courses are not sufficient training for full-time ministry which typically requires the completion of a three or four-year degree.

Requirements
  • 3-year undergraduate degree in any discipline from an accredited provider
  • Language Qualifications for NESB: IELTS 7.0 overall with a minimum of 7.0 in reading and writing, and 6.5 in listening and speaking OR 10 years in Australia with English being the language primarily spoken both at home and work

Credit Points 48 (4 subjects) at Level 8 and above

The Graduate Certificate of Divinity will enable you to reflect on aspects of your Christian faith and practice according to your interests.

Course Structure 

The Graduate Certificate of Divinity has four subjects, each worth 12 credit points. There are two core subjects and two additional electives. You must complete all subjects at level 8 or above.

Additional Requirements: (24 credit points) 

  • 24 credit points of elective subjects from any field of study
