Ridley College is a leading evangelical theological college with solid growth, excellent facilities and outstanding research outcomes.

Due to impending retirements and our desire to strengthen the pipeline of emerging scholars, Ridley has created several exciting positions across a wide range of disciplines. These positions can commence between 1 July 2021 and 1 July 2022.

Ridley is committed to promoting the ministry of men and women equally, and in ensuring Ridley is a safe and supportive place to work. We promote the research and academic development of faculty through generous sabbatical provisions and research funding and involve the staff and faculty members in strategy development and decision making. Associate and Assistant lecturer positions are designed to support and develop emerging scholars. Parental leave is available, part-time employment and flexible work arrangements are options.
