At Ridley our mission is to equip men and women for God’s mission in a rapidly changing and increasingly complex world. None of us thought that 2020 would be so complex or see such rapid change as it has. Which makes us even more determined to develop gospel leaders who can thrive in such circumstances.
This year highlighted the importance of good leadership. So, we have pressed ahead to establish the Ridley Leadership Academy which will be launched in November. The Academy will feature a 16-month part-time program that will promote deep and lasting growth through expert instruction, experiential learning, and personal coaching.
Over the next few months, we’ll be hosting a variety of webinars that seeks address the challenging circumstances we face and point our community and partners towards the hope and resilience we have in Christ.
Further, we encourage you to consider partnering with Ridley prayerfully and financially to further continue God’s mission at Ridley through the establishment of the Ridley Leadership Academy.
Instead of our usual Annual Dinner event, we are running a nation-wide digital event at the end of this campaign which will feature a special guest speaker, stories from students and spotlight of the new Ridley Leadership Academy. We invite you to journey with us, by attending these Webinars and subscribing to our mailing list for updates
The Ridley Leadership Academy is a new initiative which gathers respected Christian leaders from across Australia to cultivate leaders who are servant-hearted, emotionally intelligent and authentic.
The Leadership Academy course is a fully accredited transformational leadership program. This 16-month experience begins with the latest leadership theory. It continues with 360-degree leadership evaluation, self-reflection, one-on-one coaching, a leadership simulation and concludes with a ‘mini-MBA’ unit that trains participants to manage and empower others effectively.
Our programs are accessible to theological students, pastors, Christian educators and those who lead Christian organisations. The Leadership Academy also offers a Women in Leadership program that promotes the impact of women in Christian, non-profit and secular contexts. An annual 2-day symposium, developed by a team of leading women, will empower women to navigate their leadership pathway, build influence and grow in confidence.
With many in our community affected by the coronavirus, we've decided to waive the fees on our popular Bible Overview certificate level subject!
