Ridley College’s New Executive Team

Ridley College has transitioned to a new leadership structure to meet the emerging challenges of the next decade. Following the departure of Vice Principal Dr Tim Foster, Ridley’s Principal, Dr Brian Rosner, and CFO, Mr Michael Petering, will be joined by three new members to form an innovative and expanded Executive Team.
Dr Mike Bird has been appointed as Deputy Principal: Academic. Mike is ideally suited to the role, with his proven leadership in three areas: Academic Dean; Chair of the Teaching and Learning Strategy Group; and Director of Research and Postgraduate Studies. Mike also has gifts in strategic thinking and a fast and efficient style of work. With the new position in place, we will no longer have an Academic Dean.
Dr Andrew Judd has been appointed as Deputy Principal: Community. Also a strategic thinker, Andy has served well as the chair of the Community Strategy Group, has a team-building leadership style, experience on several boards, and a passion for the reach and influence of the gospel through Ridley College.
Mrs Katrine Bramley will join the Executive Team. This is in recognition of Katrine’s outstanding work as Registrar and central role in so many aspects of college operations over many years. It will be great to have Katrine’s perspective and input at the executive level.
This new Executive Team will begin working together in July and we are looking forward to the new energy and direction this will bring to the college. We are thankful for God’s provision for the next chapter of Ridley’s life and work.
