Our online courses are flexible, high quality and aim to provide you with the resources you need to complete your studies as well as opportunities to interact and connect with other students.
All the Ridley undergraduate and graduate-level courses can be completed through Ridley Online. You can enrol in just one subject, complete a certificate (four subjects), diploma (eight subjects) or a full degree online. Find out about courses by clicking here.
You can choose the rate at which you study from one subject at a time up to a full-time study load of four subjects per semester. There is a maximum time limit for each course in which all your studies must be completed.
Learn from the best
Featuring evangelical scholars from Australia and around the world, you will learn from the same academics who write the leading commentaries and textbooks. Learn from Darrell Bock, Craig Blomberg, Lynn Cohick, Christopher Wright, and John Walton, plus our own internationally renowned faculty including Brian Rosner and Mike Bird.
Designed just for you with flexibility
Ridley Online lessons have been developed from the ground up by our professional educational designer, content experts, and Ridley faculty to create engaging learning experiences. You can expect to spend around 8-12 hours a week per subject. This includes all your online learning activities, reading and assignments, which you can work around your weekly schedule.
Resources at your fingertips | Learning materials
All learning materials are available via the Ridley Online digital classroom so you will need a suitable device (such as a personal computer, laptop or tablet) and reliable access to the internet.
We have designed our online learning materials to be accessible to students with modest levels of technology. Most interaction with others is by e-mail or online forums.
Our campus library also offers an extensive collection of e-books and gives you access to a wealth of online journals and even offers postal service for printed books.
Heart, head, and hands
Ridley’s commitment to your spiritual growth is reflected in a carefully structured program of Spiritual Formation. Deepen your walk with God, and grow in your faith as you engage in a process of reading, mentoring and reflection. Additionally, spiritual formation is integrated into many classes and activities to promote your maturity as a Christian. You also have the opportunity to develop practical skills and gain ministry experience through our program of Supervised Field Education.
Want to speed it up?

Mix it up
Fancy a bit of face-to-face learning? On-site intensives are offered throughout the year in subjects such as Leadership, Preaching, Pastoral Care and Cross-Cultural Ministry. Or, you could join a study tour to places like Israel, Turkey, and Greece, or Reformation Europe.
