For those with a prior three-year degree from an Australian university (or equivalent overseas qualification), our graduate courses will provide you with an excellent foundation in theology and Christian ministry.

Definitely! Our courses are flexible. You can start with one unit per semester. Don’t forget to allow time for reading and essays as well as class time.
Yes, you can. As long as you complete the majority of your units with your home college!
Absolutely. You could study part-time with us and another course at the same time (full-time load all up). Alternatively, you can apply to study with us cross institutionally and get credit for it in your current course (this depends on your subject area).
Yes. We offer a mixed mode option of study. We also have intensive units and study tour options.
Nope! You can log in whenever it suits you as the lectures are pre-recorded and the readings are set out in your unit outline.
All our courses can be studied full-time (3-4 units per semester) or part-time (1-2 units per semester). For example, you can complete a Bachelor of Theology in 3 years studying full-time, but you could take up to 9 years to complete it.
2026 domestic tuition fees are $2,940 for undergraduate units (per 12 credit point unit) and $3,288 for graduate units (12 credit point unit).

If you are an Australian citizen, you may be eligible to apply for Fee-Help. Tuition fees are revised each year by the AUT Board (Research and overseas student fees are different). You can learn more here.
As a private Higher Education Provider, we don’t have Commonwealth Supported Places or HECS, but you may be eligible to use Fee-Help to pay for your studies which works the same way as HECS. The amount you use will be added to any other government study loans you may have. You can find the details on the government Study Assist website.
Maybe! If you studied relevant units within the last 10 years at an accredited higher education provider we may be able to arrange credits for the units you completed at the equivalent level. Up to one-third of your new course may be cross-credited.
Absolutely! The Ridley Certificate is a non-accredited course and it’s now free. There are various topics and books of the Bible for you to choose from. For more information, please visit Ridley Certificate.
