Tim joined the faculty in 2026 bringing with him a wealth of experience in pastoral ministry, theological education, and strategic leadership. Tim served as Senior Minister at St John’s Anglican Church, Diamond Creek for 12 years, overseeing a vibrant multi-congregational parish and leading a diverse ministry team. He also held senior leadership roles in the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne, serving as Archdeacon of Yarra for 5 years where he has contributed significantly to diocesan leadership, mission strategy, and clergy development. He was also the Area Dean of Yarra-Plenty for 5 years where he focussed on clergy wellbeing.
Tim has a long commitment to training preachers. He has done this internationally with Langham Partnership in Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands. He has also trained preachers in dioceses all over Australia.
Tim loves investing in future leaders, mentoring and coaching them as they discern God’s call on their lives and helping them grow as pastors, preachers and leader.
Tim is a graduate of Ridley and served as a Director of the College Board for 9 years. He currently serves as a Director of Anglican Overseas Aid and is the Chair of their Governance and Nominations Committee.
Tim is married to Anna and has three children.
