A lecture on Worship presented by David Peterson Senior Research Fellow and Lecturer in New Testament at Moore Theological College
David Peterson, was at Ridley from 7-11 October as a Visiting Scholar.
David is an accomplished theologian with pastoral interests, his most recent publications includethe books Transformed by God: New Covenant Life and Ministry (Nottingham/Downers Grove: Inter-Varsity, 2012) and Encountering God Together: Biblical Patterns for Ministry and Worship (Nottingham: IVP, 2013). David was Principal of Oak Hill Theological College, London, 1996 to 2007, where he lectured in Biblical Studies and Worship. In 2004 he became a visiting professor at Middlesex University. He has an M.A. from the University of Sydney, a B.D. from the University of London, and a Ph.D. from the University of Manchester. An ordained minister of the Anglican Church of Australia, David has served in churches in the dioceses of Sydney, Chester and London. David is married to Lesley and has three adult sons.
