Executive Director/Pastor

Full-time

The Executive Director/Pastor will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of Fellowship. This position requires a highly organized, motivated, and skilled director who can navigate the complexities of a dynamic work environment and drive the church towards its goals.

The Executive Director/Pastor will be a member of the Staff Executive Team. Experience as a Pastor would be considered an advantage, although not necessary. They will attend Eldership meetings without necessarily being an Elder. Male and female applicants are welcome, acknowledging the church’s complementarian stance. 

Specifically, the Executive Director/Pastor will also manage Fellowship’s strategic planning, operations and production, administration, finances, and staffing to achieve its mission and purpose.
