Big, Strong, and Mighty
Children's and Youth Ministry Training Day 2026
Big, Strong, and Mighty
Inspired by the beloved Colin Buchanan song:
“My God is so big, so strong and so mighty, there’s nothing my God cannot do!”
Bible Focus: Psalm 8
Speaker: Dave Chiswell
Join us for a day of inspiration, equipping, and encouragement as we explore how to faithfully teach and disciple children and youth in the truth that our God is truly big, strong, and mighty!
The Children’s and Youth Ministry Training Day is a day of practical training and biblical encouragement to energise and equip anyone doing ministry with children and young people. Bring your entire team and extend the invitation to all those you know involved in children’s and youth ministry.
Speaker
Dave Chiswell
After graduating from Ridley College, Dave worked as the Discipleship Minister at City on a Hill Melbourne. Then, he graduated again, stepping into Youth Ministry. He now works full-time as the Youth Minister at City on a Hill Geelong, and part-time as the co-founder & trainer at Youth Ministry Futures. Dave is husband to one wife (Alexi), father to two daughters (Eden & Freya), and regular poop-scooper to Charlie the Cavoodle.
