It encourages ‘whistleblower’ disclosures about misconduct and has measures in place to protect and support whistleblowers. Anyone considering making a disclosure is advised to read Ridley’s Whistleblower Policy to ensure they are eligible to make a disclosure and that the issue(s) about which you wish to make a disclosure may be reported under the Whistleblower Policy.

Whistleblowers are encouraged to provide their identity and contact details to help facilitate the investigation of the issue. However, anonymous disclosures are also received. If you make an anonymous disclosure, we will be unable to inform you about the investigation.

What happens next?
If you supplied contact details, you will receive an acknowledgement within five (5) working days. You will also be informed about the investigation and may be contacted with a request for further information or supporting evidence.
Other types of grievances, complaints and feedback
If your concern is not with regard to a matter covered by the Whistleblower Policy, it may be a matter that can be addressed through our Student Grievance Resolution Policy for students or the Staff Grievance Resolution Policy.
