In this unit we explore the nature of apocalypse, apocalyptic genre and apocalyptic eschatology (particularly in the New Testament) and we delve deeply into the book of Revelation. Craig Keener guides us on this journey through his videos, explaining both the details and the big picture of Revelation. We also practise and hone our exegetical and hermeneutical skills through exegetical/textual exploration exercises and online discussion forums and will be challenged to think through the implications for the book in life and ministry.

The video content for this unit was developed for Ridley Online by Craig Keener of Asbury Theological Seminary. He is a world-renowned Bible teacher and author. He has written 21 books (to date) including many NT commentaries. You can view his personal website at www.craigkeener.com
