This subject involves attending the Ridley Women in Leadership symposium held annually at Ridley. Pre-reading and post-symposium reflective assignments form key aspects of your learning.
Women in Leadership B may be taken the following year at the next symposium following the same approach. Women in Leadership C is an online, self-directed subject on the theology of women in leadership.

Content
Our annual Women in Leadership Symposium is a two-day intensive, with topics repeated on a three-year cycle.
- Gain the mindset, confidence and capabilities to advance (or change) your career
- Learn how to respond to gender bias constructively
- Hear from women who have succeeded in male-dominated fields
- Regain power and confidence in the church, boardroom, office or worksite
Study Expectations
Participants will undertake set reading prior to the symposium and afterwards undertake an assignment that applies their learning.
Women in Leadership B may be taken the following year following the same approach at the next symposium. Women in Leadership C is an online, self-directed unit on the theology of women in leadership. In combination, the three subjects total one standard 12 credit point subject. Students should allow 4 hours per week for each subject.
