This unit will assist students preparing to undertake higher degree research degrees for honours, masters, and doctoral level courses. The unit has specific modules for those engaging in disciplines like biblical and theological studies or ministry and practice. Students who are preparing a thesis proposal for certain programs may also be required to create a Unit Quality Assessment Form for Projects (PUQAF) as part of their unit of study.

Study Expectations
This is an online unit of independent learning with tutor support; you will work through a series of modules which include set readings and questions for reflection; assessments consist of reflection exercises based on these modules, a literature review, and a draft research proposal. Students should allow 8-10 hours of study time per week for this methodological study unit.
