Event: Anglican Institute Annual Lecture

Recent Trends, Current Tensions & Global Shifts

Dr Terry is Dean and President, Professor of Systematic Theology, Trinity School for Ministry Pittsburgh, USA. He has experienced first-hand the significant shifts in global Anglicanism, and leads Trinity at a challenging time. This has given him a unique position from which to view the Communion, and in particular to comment on Ridley’s place in the emerging global context. During the Alumni Dinner Dr Terry will speak more informally about Ridley’s place in the global scene.

Prior to taking the position of Systematics at Trinity Ministry School, Dr Terry served as rector of St. Helen’s Church, a church plant in North Kensington, London. He received the PhD in Systematic Theology from King’s College, London, in 2003. Justyn’s research interests are contemporary theology, especially that of P.T. Forsyth, Emil Brunner and Karl Barth.

Most Rev Dr Philip Freier, Archbishop of Melbourne gave a response to the lecture.
