Youth & Young Adults Minister


The Youth & Young Adults Minister is responsible for planning, facilitating, and supporting programs and events for youth (12- 18 years old) and young adults (18- 30 years old) associated with Monash City Church of Christ (MCCOC). Programs and events should be executed to a professional standard and champion the heart and vision of our church.
The role involves planning and facilitating programs and events for youth and young adults, pastoral care, as well as identifying and implementing new and emerging ministry opportunities for youth and young adults.
This person must lead by example, inviting youth and young adults into the church community and connecting them with others. Being committed to the body of Christ and possessing a servant attitude is critical to the success of this position. This part-time role can be negotiated depending on the candidate’s experience and preference.
