YMF Operations Coordinator

Youth Ministry Futures Project is seeking a highly organised and relational individual to join the Youth Ministry Futures (YMF) team as Operations Coordinator. 
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing ministry initiative that supports and equips youth ministry leaders across Australia.

The YMF Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in the development and delivery of the Youth Ministry Futures project. Working closely with the YMF Director and Training Coordinator, the Operations Coordinator will oversee the administrative, financial, and event management aspects of the project, while also supporting the growth of the YMF supporter base. 

This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for supporting ministry through behind-the-scenes leadership. As YMF continues to grow, the Operations Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of its activities and events.

The youth ministry futures project has a vision to grow the number of long-term youth ministry leaders with the theological and practical wisdom to meet the challenges of sharing Jesus with young people in a complex world.  

We dream of a fellowship of people, committed to praying, promoting, and providing for local church youth ministries, to shift youth ministry from a part-time side hustle into a viable, long-term ministry calling, and see a reinvigorated system of healthy youth ministry in churches across Australia.
