Women’s Pastoral Worker

Part-time (0.4 FTE)

The Women’s pastoral worker will work with and under the guidance of the Pastoral Team to equip women to grow in their faith, hope and love of the Lord Jesus in the context of their family, their church, their workplace and their community. The worker shall meet with women to read the bible, encourage them in their Christian walk and pray. She shall be involved in Sunday service ministry (eg prayer, leading services, children’s talk), facilitate occasional talks/seminars/women’s group ministry and be a member (not the leader) of the WPC Women’s Ministry Team. She will be committed to complementarian ministry roles.

Warrnambool Presbyterian Church

We are a Bible-believing, gospel-centred church of three congregations and a membership that spans a broad demographic. We are looking to add to our pastoral team of two ministers who shepherd the church in partnership with seven elders and four deacons. We have an active and competent women’s ministry team, two women’s bible study groups among a plethora of other ministries that include women and men.
