About the Role

Student Ministry Worker

Part-time

To facilitate youth and young adult ministry by developing leaders and teams. A flexible role depending on the applicant’s particular gifts and passions. It would be ideal for a candidate with at least one-year of theological education and is looking for a ministry position while completing their studies. We would also consider candidates who have completed Ministry Apprenticeship (or similar program) and planning to commence theological education in the near future.

Southside Bible Church

Southside Bible Church is a growing reformed evangelical church in southern Canberra. We are gospel-focussed, multi-cultural, and multi-generational. We are part of the FIEC. We celebrate every member ministry where members at different stages of life use their varied gifts and abilities to invest deeply and serve one another. We want to equip our next generation to joyfully embrace the lordship of Jesus and become active participants in the Great Commission. So, this leader needs to lead by example and mobilise others in evangelism.
