Mandarin Pastor

Full-time

We are looking for a Mandarin Pastor to join our church family as soon as possible. This role will be for an initial period of 24 months with a view to taking over as the Senior Pastor from our founding Pastor.

As Pastor, you will be responsible for teaching, shepherding and equipping our congregation in their journey of faith in Christ. You will report to the Church’s session (Senior Pastor, elders and deacons) and will work closely with our Senior Pastor. Salary and benefits will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Our vision is also to start an English service as soon as possible, and you would work closely with the Session to plan for this.

About Christian Chinese Reformed Church

The Christian Chinese Reformed Church (CCRC) is a multigenerational church with around 140 members at 960 -966 Heatherton Road, Springvale South VIC 3172, Australia. We were planted in 1989 and are part of the Christian Reformed Churches of Australia. Our weekly service is at 10 am and is conducted in Mandarin with simultaneous English translation. We currently have one full-time Senior Pastor and a range of volunteers leading and serving in various ministry teams and roles.
