Speaker: Tim Foster

Ridley Centre for Leadership is excited to be hosting its first event — a Leading Successful Change Masterclass, facilitated by the Centre’s Director, Tim Foster.

Your capacity to lead change in a way that reduces conflict and maximises stakeholder engagement is critical to your success as a leader. This Masterclass will vastly improve the chances of your next change initiative succeeding.

  • examine proven change management theories to help you understand the dynamics of organisational change
  • develop tools to help you identify and engage the right people and to craft targeted messages that remove blockages and build support.
  • ideal for leaders in churches, schools and not-for-profit organisations.
  • apply what you learn to your own change idea, and leave with a change leadership strategy that you can implement.

Key Outcomes
The Masterclass will equip you to:

  • use proven models to understand the dynamics of organisational change, why change often fails, and the keys to successful change
  • employ an overarching model for change which is grounded in biblical teaching on the nature and roles of a leader
  • apply new tools to identify stakeholder power and interest so you can engage the right people in the right way
  • craft tailored communications to build engagement and reduce resistance
support and embed change for long term success.
