The construction industry is currently under pressure as it experiences shortages of both building materials and labour. The Property Development Committee has therefore reluctantly decided to postpone the bulk of the renovation works at this time. A number of small urgent issues will still be attended to, and we plan to reassess the state of the building industry in mid-2023 with the hope that we will then be able to proceed with the full project.
