Three faculty shortlisted for ‘Australian Christian Book of the Year’

The research and writing of Ridley faculty has been recognised, with three faculty being among those shortlisted for Australian Christian Book of the Year.

Awarded by Sparklit, this year saw the largest ever field, with 58 books being entered.

The short-listed books are Jonathan Edwards and the Church by Rhys Bezzant, The Gospel of the Lord by Michael Bird and The Suburban Captivity of the Church by Tim Foster.

Ridley faculty not only provide leadership in their fields, but their writing is accessible to a wide range of Christians. The three shortlisted titles also reveals the ‘depth’ in the Ridley team, with contributions across the fields of New Testament, Church History and Christian Ministry.
