Grace and Eschatology

Unit Overview
What exactly is grace? What is justification by faith? How does the Spirit work to regenerate and renew us? When will Jesus come back? What will the sign of his coming be? This unit covers the crucial doctrines of grace (i.e., salvation) and eschatology (i.e., the end times) as informed by Scripture and as shaped by discussions in Christian theology. This unit gives you the opportunity to wrestle with concepts that have been hotly debated throughout Christian history, from election to the millennium, and demonstrates how they have real practical pay off in the mission and ministry of our churches. This unit is crucial for understanding God’s work in the world now, what he is bringing about in the present age, and what he will do in the age to come.
