Six Learning Communities

Ridley Melbourne plans to establish Six Learning Communities

Each learning community will become a center of excellence in its discipline, and each will be guided by its own Dean of Studies.

Student numbers at Ridley continue to grow.  In 2010, Ridley has approximately 250 enrolments.  As the Vision unfolds, these numbers will multiply.  So, our Vision includes new facilities for the 21st Century learning environment.

The board of the college seeks to raise $8 million over 5 years up to 2014 for the following purposes:

Innovative Ministry

TARGET $4 million to endow 6 Academic Deans

Facilities and Buildings

TARGET $ 4 million to build new learning space.

 Gifts to the Centenary Appeal will be tax-deductible.

As we look toward the future, Ridley Melbourne has sharpened its aim for the new century.

 

In 2009, the board crystallized a new Vision to extend and broaden the college’s expertise in ministry formation.
