Internal Ridley Subject (low fee, non-credit)

This subject will help you gain a theological and practical vision for training, mentoring, and equipping the people of God for various ministries. You will gain an understanding of the structures, personal ministry and leadership styles that will enable empowerment, as well as specific skills in adult education and training.


Workload: One semester, 19.5 contact hours
Status: Anglican Ordination Requirment
Assessment: Two 1000 word seminar papers on topics taken from a list provided by the lecturer, and one 1000 word seminar paper on a topic chosen by the student.
Prerequisites: You must have completed at least one full-time year.
When: Semester 2 - taught over two semesters on Monday mornings.
