Principles of Management & Leadership
PC435 / PC635
Develop your capacity for the appraisal of the theology and dynamics of leadership. Begin a life-long process of personal leadership development, and become a facilitator in the leadership development of others. Develop in critical reflection so that you can better structure, reform and manage congregations and other Christian organisations.
This unit is taught as a five day intensive during the mid-year break with an extra day in semester two.
Workload: PC435/PC635 - Five day intensive, 4 credit points, 39 contact hours
Status: Elective.
Prerequisites: PC435/PC635 - 16 credit points of Elective foundational level units.
Status: This is an MA course.
When: Usually taught in the mid year break in odd numbered years.
