Pastoral Skills & Methods
PC403 / PC603
An examination of pastoral care issues in particular circumstances, together with an introduction to Pastoral methodologies and skills.
Workload: One semester, 4 credit points, 39 contact hours
Status: Elective
Prerequisites: 16 credit points of Elective foundational level units. Best taken after some Bible/Theology in third or fourth year of course. Does not require Foundations of Pastoral Care (PC402 / PC602) as prerequisite although it is recommended.
When: This course is generally taught as an MDiv only unit in even numbered years, and as a BMin/BTh unit in odd numbered years.

Assessment: No exam.
Note:This class is limited to 12 people as student presentations are a key component.
