Develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your personality style and gifts, and how you relate to others. Understand ministry roles, calling and the particular challenges of ministry. Explore key issues in ministry such as boundaries, spiritual life of a leader, and professional standards.
Workload: One semester, 4 credit points, 39 contact hours
