Welcome to another CACE Newsletter. Since our last newsletter we have begun publishing BriefCACE, our new public morality monthly e-mail, covering issues such as ethics of starvation, Medicare, stemcells, to a very positive reception. If you haven’t seen it yet, check the website or send an email. We had a very successful time with our regular bi-yearly visitor Michael Schluter of the Relationships Foundation Cambridge (http://www.relationshipsfoundation.org or http://www.jubilee-centre.org.) in late April to around 100 people. One of the sessions, held at St Jude’s Carlton, we have transcribed for you below. We also co-sponsored a very successful Sunday afternoon seminar in August on homosexuality for about 200 people—obviously a hot topic at this time. Our next seminar is on Christian–Islamic dialogue (see ad back page) on November 1. I encourage you to come along; it should be a great day. My recent trip to Turkey has reinforced for me how vitally important this issue is...
