What does social justice have to do with salvation?
Thursday 9 September 2010, 7:00pm - 9:30pm,
Tabor College, 222 Oban Road, Ringwood North, Vic.
World Vision is pleased to present this forum on social justice and salvation. It will be a stimulating, encouraging and thought-provoking evening of ideas and discussion.
What is the nature of salvation? Over many years, this question has generated a diverse range of theological understandings. Is it about going to heaven when we die? If so, what does social justice have to do with it? Is it about bringing heaven to earth? Is it primarily individual or communal?
This forum seeks to inform and encourage conversation among the Christian community on this important topic.
