Charles Perry Lecture 2010

We are pleased to welcome to Ridley the Rev'd Robert Evans to present the Charles Perry Lecture for 2010. Robert is the author of many books on the history of evangelism, President of the Uniting Church Records and Historical Society in NSW, and enthusiast for revivals, as well as being the recipient of the Medal of the Order of Australia for his work in astronomy. The Charles Perry Lecture, named in honour of the first Bishop of Melbourne (1848-1876) explores the origins and development of Evangelicalism, especially in Melbourne, and plays its part in growing interest worldwide in evangelical faith.
