Campus Location and Parking
The Ridley campus is located near the centre of Melbourne, just three kilometres from the CBD. It is well serviced by both the tram and train systems. It is in close proximity to the University of Melbourne, coffee shops, parks, the Melbourne Zoo, the Melbourne Museum and the vibrant precincts of Lygon Street, Brunswick Street and Sydney Road.
Train
Upfield line, Royal Park Station is approximately a 7 minute walk. Train timetable.
Tram
Route 19 Tram, from Elisabeth Street in the CBD to North Coburg, has stops that are approximately 5 minute walk. Alight from the tram at Walker Street (stop#16). Tram timetable.
Bicycle
Ridley provides a bike shed for you to chain your bike, please see reception upon your arrival for directions to the bike shed.
Parking
Ridley does not offer on site parking for students. There is street parking available around Ridley. Most parking areas have time limits and some require either meter payment or a ticket to be purchased from a nearby machine (coin only). Parking is charged at $0.60 per hour. The Avenue: Opposite Ridley- 11hr ticketed parking, 7:30am-6:30pm Monday-Friday
Outside Ridley- limited unrestricted parking and permit zone.
Walker St: Curb side- 2 hour, 7:30am-6:30pm Monday- Friday
Centre road- metered parking (closest to Royal Pde), 7:30am-6:30pm Monday- Friday,
7:30am-12:30pm Saturday
Ievers St: Curb side- 2 hour, 7:30am-6:30pm Monday- Friday,
1 hour 7:30am-12:30pm Saturday.
Centre road- closest to The Avenue-7:30am-6:30pm Monday- Friday, 7:30am-12:30pm Saturday

Zoo Parking: Zoo parking is metered and time limited. Do not leave valuables in your car.
